How to deal with the fault of NC machining center?

Fault treatment of NC Machining Center. 

Fault 1: CNC machining center serial encoder communication error alarm, the reason: the unit detected that the CNC machining center motor encoder broken line or poor communication. 

Check whether the encoder feedback line of the motor is connected to the amplifier correctly and firmly. 

If the feedback line is normal, replace the servo motor (because the encoder of the motor is integrated with the motor and cannot be disassembled), if it is an alpha motor, replace the encoder. 

If it occurs occasionally, it may be caused by interference, check whether the shielding line of the motor feedback line is intact.

Fault 2: NC machining center encoder pulse counting error alarm (LED display 6, system PMM screen shows 303ax 304pash 308alarm) cause analysis: servo motor serial encoder in operation pulse loss, or does not count. 

Turn it off and turn it on again. If there is the same alarm, replace the motor (if the alpha motor changes the encoder) or feedback cable. 

If the alarm disappears after the NC machining center is rebooted, you must return to the reference point before running other instructions. 

If the PMM of the system is 308alarm, it may be caused by interference, turn it off and turn it on again.
