Horizontal type. 


Horizontal machining center refers to the machining center whose spindle is horizontal, usually with a rotary worktable with automatic indexing, it generally has 3-5 motion coordinates, the common is three linear motion coordinates plus a rotary motion coordinate, the workpiece after once loading, complete the processing of the other four surfaces except the installation surface and the top surface, it is most suitable to add box parts. 

Compared with the vertical machining center, the horizontal machining center is easy to remove chips, which is beneficial to the processing, but the structure is complex. the price is higher.
