The normal use of CNC lathe equipment must meet the following conditions: the power supply voltage fluctuation of the location of the CNC lathe is small, the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.
1. Environmental requirements.
The position of the CNC lathe should be far away from the vibration source, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of moisture and airflow.
If there is a vibration source near the CNC lathe, an anti-vibration groove should be set around the CNC lathe.
Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the CNC lathe, and will lead to poor contact of electronic components, failure, and affect the reliability of the CNC lathe.
2. Power requirements.
In general, when the CNC lathe is installed in the machining workshop, not only the ambient temperature changes greatly and the use condition is poor, but also there are many kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment, which makes the power grid fluctuate greatly.
Therefore, the position of installing CNC lathe requires strict control of power supply voltage.
The voltage fluctuation of the power supply must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable.
Otherwise, the normal operation of the numerical control system will be affected.
3. Temperature condition.
The ambient temperature of the CNC lathe is less than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.
Generally speaking, the CNC electric control box is equipped with exhaust fans or chillers to keep the electronic components, especially the CPU working temperature constant or the temperature difference small.
Too high temperature and humidity will lead to a decrease in the life of the control system components and lead to an increase in the number of faults.
With the increase of temperature and humidity, the increase of dust will bond on the integrated circuit board and lead to short circuit.
4. Standardize the use of CNC lathes.
Users are not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system when using the CNC lathe.
The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the CNC lathe.
Only the value of gap compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
