Introduction and working principle of automatic feeder for CNC lathe!

CNC lathe automatic feeder, as the name implies, refers to the automatic feeding machine which cooperates with the CNC lathe which can process materials continuously, so as to improve the processing efficiency and automation of the equipment. 

It can process all kinds of bars (including all kinds of round bars, hexagonal materials, hollow materials, etc.). Generally speaking, the automatic feeder of CNC lathe refers to the oil bath feeder used by CNC lathe.

Working principle of automatic feeder for CNC lathe. 

The oil bath feeder is composed of hydraulic station, material pipe, push rod, support and control circuit. The principle is that the oil pump supplies oil to the material pipe at a constant pressure (0.1~0.2Mpa) and pushes the rod (push rod) into the spindle, so it is also called oil pressure feeder. 

When working, the bar is in the hydraulic oil of the material pipe. when the bar rotates, under the damping reaction stress of the oil, the bar will float from the material pipe, and when the rotation is fast, the bar will automatically float in the center of the material pipe. 

Greatly reduce the collision and friction between the small bar and the feeding pipe wall. 

Working vibration and noise is very small, especially suitable for high speed, long bar, precision workpiece processing. 

At present, the oil bath feeder, which is more and more widely used at home and abroad, can be used in all kinds of processing machine tools to complete the automatic feeding work with the processing machine tools. After the bar material is automatically fed, the machine tool is automatically waiting for feeding, and the operator is informed to add material through the warning device.
